Warranty.

Bollards Online guarantees against all manufacturing defects up to a period of Ten (10) years* under normal use conditions from the date of despatch.

This guarantee does not include:

• Any materials or special goods/products that have been supplied to Bollards Online by the customer for use in the manufacture of a specific product or item.
• Any products that have been repaired or adjusted or modified in any way, without the prior written consent of fel Group Ltd.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage due to vandalism, malicious acts or damage caused by the misuse of the item(s).
• Products that have not been maintained per our recommended guidelines and industry best practices.
• Powder coating or paint finishes.

It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that there is a monitored asset management program is in place to prevent vandalism. It is also the owner’s responsibility to properly maintain the product per our maintenance recommendations. This may include the periodic washing/cleaning of all components with a mild detergent to remove contaminants and pollutants, checking and tightening of all fixings and/or the regular application of a quality stain, paint & graffiti systems, if applicable. Failure to properly maintain the product per our recommendations will void this guarantee.

Superficial weathering effects such as colour changes, minor splits, cracks, minor shrinkage or expansion of timber components due to climatic variations, and other typical aging characteristics of all components that do not impact on structural integrity are specifically excluded under this limited warranty.

This warranty is limited to the terms detailed above. The company accepts no responsibility for any product failure arising from soil conditions, location, assembly or installation.  Appropriate warranties and guarantees with respect to these items should be obtained from the installation contractor.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, Bollards Online must be notified of any claims within (14) fourteen days of discovery. Bollards Online will replace those components deemed to be defective as a result of inspection by Bollards Online or by an agent assigned by Fel. Group Limited. If replacement is not a practical solution as deemed by Bollards Online then repairs or replacement of the item(s) will be considered. The guarantee set out above shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the item(s) in question or the repayment thereof as per the discretion of Bollards Online/Fel. Group Limited.
